Violence is vehicular and shown in 'Busted' cutscenes. Vehicular violence is pretty mild, cars are shown damaged but no wrecked. Some cutscenes in the story reference murder, and show hand pistols. Busted scenes on the other hand show ruthless cops hurting the driver as he resists arrest; tackling, pushing.
Language is mild and occasional; "damn". Sexuality is seen in cutscenes.
