Interesting that they faked Scarlet's death so she could be with Kyros. That actually felt like a lot of content in one episode. Interesting Past. Well, I thought that this episode was quite a bit better than the last one. The pacing was good for once, I guess that's how it goes with flashbacks. Multiple years in one episode isntead of like 30 seconds!

However, some development seemed a bit difficult to believe - Scarlet falling in love with Kyros so suddenly and such things, the death faking thing and Kyros wanting to marry her like that It just felt a bit too sudden and rushed to me, which I guess is the opposite extreme of my usual complaints about One Piece.

When they're dead, you can enjoy tearing out their guts. Tales are things you get to enjoy twice. I loved this episode! Actually felt like we got a lot of stuff The whole love story felt a bit cliche and rushed.

So much hype for next episode with the rest of the flashback and the Usopp vs Trebol fight!!! Waiting to see Usopp vs Trebol. In relation to this episode we spent a lot of interesting Kyros. Good thing we're getting through this flash back fast. Hopefully they wrap it up next week and get back to business.

Nice to see Kyros's soft side c:. They adapted less than a chapter this week again, but the content was really fast so it didn't feel like it. Is there an episode next week or is it on break for Christmas? One of the few backflashes that I found interesting. Really good. Oh, pitiful shadow cloaked in darkness. I remember how much I loved this flashback in the manga and Toei didn't disappoint. Loved it all over again :D Kyros's past was so nice.
